Expect booming singalongs, sea shanties, well-known classics, big harmonies, dancing, crowd participation and more than a little mischief.

Dressed for life on the high seas and armed with instruments, questionable sea legs and an appetite for a good time, The Jolly Shipmates turn every performance into one big party.

This isn’t a show you simply stand and watch. From the first song, the crowd becomes part of the crew, singing, clapping, dancing and joining in as the Shipmates work their way through a lively mix of traditional maritime favourites, unexpected covers and songs everybody knows.

Whether we’re taking over a festival stage, storming a venue, filling a beer hall or causing trouble at a private event, the mission is always the same:

  • Get the whole place singing.
  • Get the whole place moving.
  • Make everyone part of the crew.

The Jolly Shipmates combine live music, comedy, character and plenty of audience interaction to create a show built for big crowds, from a festival main stage to a sold-out venue.
